Spoiler alert: I'm not in Anaheim. My back had other plans. Since I was already planning to skip the live show this Friday (because, you know, Disneyland), I made the call not to scramble for a last-minute guest and push through. Sometimes the smart move is to actually rest. Wild concept for me, I know. Apparently, my back had to stage an intervention to get me to slow down. But here's the thing.
