Howdy Reader! Quick heads up before you go looking for us this Friday: the lights are off. No Creator News Live at 10 am. No Maker's Table at 1 pm. For this Friday, your usual lineup is taking the day off. Here's the skinny... I just wrapped up speaking at Digital Day Wichita (one of the first conferences I ever spoke at when I was a wee lad and also so cool to be back in the state I was born in!), and between that and a little scheduling snafu on our end, the timing just didn't line up for this Friday. So no, your email didn't glitch, and you didn't miss a link. We're just genuinely, officially dark for one Friday. A couple of things while we're away. If you miss our faces that much (I'd look at talking with someone about that), the back catalog has you covered. Go binge old episodes of Creator News Live or catch up on The Maker's Table any time the mood strikes. And if you'd rather spend the time you graciously give us each week elsewhere, consider this your permission slip to reclaim that hour (or two). Go for a walk, clear your inbox, take a nap. No judgment either way. And if you had a burning question you were going to bring to a live show, don't sit on it. Hit reply and send it my way.
