Two tools saving me serious time

Howdy Reader!

I’ve got my head down building some new trainings I’m excited to share soon.

But first, two tools in my current workflow that are saving me serious time and might help you, too.

Magai: Your AI control center
Most of my speaking gigs this year have been about AI, and Magai comes up in almost every talk. If you’re unsure where to start, this is the one.

  • Access multiple AI models in one place: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Leonardo, DALL·E, Meta AI, Mistral, Stable Diffusion, and more.
  • Test and compare quickly to see which model fits your project.
  • New models roll in fast. Dustin (Magai’s founder) does a great job of adding them quickly, sometimes in the same day they're released!
  • Clean, intuitive interface. You can tell a designer (Dustin) built it.

Gamma: slides (and more) without the headache
Gamma bailed me out during a
recent 4‑day Ecamm training. It’s like Canva, Google Slides, and ChatGPT had a baby.

  • Turn a brain dump into polished slides in minutes.
  • Generate presentation graphics with multiple AI image models (depending on your plan).
  • Create more than slides: YouTube graphics, PDFs, proposals, brochures, one‑page sites, LinkedIn carousels, and more.
  • Free plan available: limited AI creation and up to 10 slides—perfect for a test drive.

If you’re looking to save time and spark creativity, these two have been super helpful for me.

See ya around the interwebs,

-Jeff

P.S. Want short trainings from me on Magai and Gamma? If so, click here and let me know! If enough folks are in, I’ll record some quick videos.

Howdy Reader! Remember when “getting found” meant tweaking a few keywords and waiting for Google to do its thing? Yeah… that world’s gone. It’s going the way of Napster, floppy disks, and Saturday morning cartoons (honestly, I’m still upset about that one!) AI has completely changed how people find information. Whether it’s ChatGPT giving direct answers, TikTok acting like a new search engine, or Perplexity surfacing “the best answer,” discoverability now depends on how AI interprets your...

Howdy Reader! “A rocking horse gives the illusion of moving, but doesn’t actually go anywhere.” I saw that line this week, followed by: “Motion isn’t Momentum” That phrase caught my eye, especially after Lou Mongello’s excellent Momentum Conference in Orlando, and hit me right in the solar plexus. After Googling where my solar plexus actually is (don’t judge), I realized how much this rings true for anyone who struggles with procrastination. Why do we tend to avoid hard (even not-so-hard)...

Howdy Reader! Ever notice how some creators just sound... professional? Like they're broadcasting from a fancy studio, even though they're probably sitting in their spare bedroom? Meanwhile, the rest of us sound like we're talking through a tin can connected to a string. (Don't worry, I've been there!) If you've ever questioned your audio setup, wondered what gear you actually need, or dreamed of launching a podcast that doesn't sound like it was recorded underwater—this episode is for you....
